Situated on a site of outstanding natural beauty in West
Yorkshire, surrounded by 150 acres of woodland and farmland,
Three Springs is a tranquil Health and Wellbeing Centre located
near Pontefract.

We offer a variety of Nature Therapy activities to enhance mental
and physical health. Our outdoor facility boasts rich biodiversity of
flora and fauna, and access to woodland and farmland, providing
a unique and rejuvenating setting and experience for all visitors
wishing to reconnect with nature and their inner self.

Developmental Experiences

All our Developmental Experiences include an element of understanding around Fauna & Flora as well as basic survival techniques. Deeper understanding can be gained through request.

Corporate Wellbeing & Nature Therapy

Designed for those needing to reconnect with nature and themselves, each course is developed individually but can include the following:

    For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the retreat, we offer a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur a fee. Please review our full policy when booking.

    Our activities are designed to be enjoyed rain or shine, but we do have backup indoor options for severe weather. We’ll inform you of any changes in advance.

  • Can I book an an individual or do I have to be part of an existing group?
    We offer a variety of experiences, including: - Corporate Well-Being for Groups - Individual Well-Being and Nature Therapy Experiences for individuals - Understanding Your Natural Environment Experiences for individuals
  • Is there a minimum age requirement?
    Yes, participants must be 16 or older to join our retreat activities. For family-friendly options, please get in touch to discuss tailored experiences.
  • Do I need any prior experience for the courses?
    No prior experience is necessary! Our courses are designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to those more experienced with wellness practices or outdoor skills.
  • How long are the courses?
    Courses vary in length, from 30 minutes to multi-day sessions, depending on the activity and level of immersion you choose. We provide details on course duration when booking.

    We recommend comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, a water bottle, and any personal items you may need. For outdoor activities, bring weather-appropriate layers, and if you’re joining our nightwalk, a flashlight can be helpful.
  • How fit do I need to be to take part in your Experiences?
    It depends on which Experience you wish to join but we always recommend you discuss with one of our team before booking so we can make the Experience as enjoyable for you as possible.
