Learn About Our Centre

Situated on a site of outstanding natural beauty in West Yorkshire, surrounded by 150 acres of woodland and farmland, Three Springs is a tranquil Health and Wellbeing Centre located near Pontefract. We offer a variety of Nature Therapy activities to enhance mental and physical health. Our outdoor facility boasts rich biodiversity of flora and fauna, and access to woodland and farmland, providing a unique and rejuvenating experience for all visitors wishing to reconnect with nature and their inner self.
